Three good habits for good Health
To be healthier, less healthy to health and nothing to health
following three initiatives to be followed for the betterment of an individual:
- Qui through Acupuncture
- Food
- Sensing
Subjects received from these three traits will keep an individual
healthier, both physically and mentally too.
The only treatment where all these three traits are followed and
supplied for the sick is Acupuncture healing.
The 12 organs
which are supplied by Qui through their respective channels and meridians
should be kept intact with the needs of the body by clearing the path and
passing sufficient amount of Qui. Hence the individual will be healthy.
Food:
The 12 organs
present in the body has its own taste variety, hence forth the food should
contain all these taste for their health. And thereby keeps an individual
healthier. Henceforth during intake of
food the taste should be sensed accordingly and should have the food slowly for
chewing purpose. One should understand
that half of the digestive process ends up in mouth.
Sensing:
Health is not
just to deal with physical fitness but also alignment of mind set in our
activities.
Henceforth one has to understand both yin sense and yang sensitivity
in a individual thoughts.
